All of this was causing a lot of pain inside of me. Emotionally, I was feeling pretty busted up, and in a nut shell, I felt like a dead beat Dad, who was spending more time working out than with his own kids.

Screw that! I was done with it!

To me, family is # 1. Once I started seeing how my family life was going to shit, I took immediate and decisive action. I have never looked back….and neither will you!

Today, my workouts last 15 minutes and here and there when I have a lot of free time I go ahead and crank out a workout that lasts for 30 minutes or so. And that “here and there” is quite rare.
